The Gist
When load resources are deployed by ERCOT (other than Controllable Load Resources) ERCOT adds the deployed MWs back into Generation to be Dispatched (GTBD) in the Reliability Deployment Price Adder calculation with a corresponding bid (really an offer) starting at $300/MW and linearly ramping up to $700/MW.
