The Gist

NPRR1109 Declares that recently (within the last three years) can reenter the ERCOT grid without a full set of interconnection studies if ERCOT feels it is appropriate and there have been no material changes to the resource since retirement. This was placed in the protocols on an urgent basis to allow a resource (TGF_TGFGT_1?) to “unretire” in time for this winter.
